Amanda O'Neal - Senior Advisor

Originally from Lorain, a small town near Cleveland, OH, Amanda's passion for elder care came early. From a young age, she spent a lot of time with her Grandparents and took great pride in helping them in their "golden years". What she received in return was her strong work ethic and passion for helping others; a passion that she brings to her work now. From the age of 18, she has worked in healthcare in Western Washington. Amanda worked her way up from a caregiver to a healthcare administrator. Her favorite part of her career has been helping people get the assistance and care that they need.

Over 15 years working in this field, Amanda has had extensive training in a multitude of fields, including a focus on dementia, mental health, and diabetes. She is CPR/First Aid and First Aid Mental Health Certified. Amanda has simultaneous overseen multiple adult family homes where she has ensured the highest quality of care was provided to each client while meeting the strict requirements set by the State of Washington.

When she is not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, and enjoy participating in festive activities in her community throughout the year.
