CHANGE IS HARD

We’re not going to tell you differently, change is hard for all of us, but it is even harder the older we get and when we faced with illness or declining health. To be successful in whatever you choose whether it is Home Care, or moving to a Long-Term Care setting, this requires both commitment and openness to change by family members and the senior themselves.

Trying not to take oneself too seriously, remaining flexible and maintaining a good sense of humor can be key to helping all through tough transitions that we will all be faced with one day!
